Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Mridul Sharma, who runs Mexger as an individual. By using Mexger you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who can use Mexger
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 17, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you before you create an account.
Keep your password safe, and use an email address you can receive mail at. An account is for one person.
Free, with no hidden fees
Mexger is free to use. The free AI models have fair-use limits per minute and per day, so there is enough for everyone, and the app tells you when you reach one. The limits can change as costs change.
If you add your own API key, the provider charges you directly at its own prices. Mexger adds nothing on top.
If a paid feature is ever added, its price will be shown clearly before you choose it, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
Your content
What you create and upload stays yours. You give Mexger permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you, and to show what you publish or share to the people you chose.
Only upload or import what you have the right to use. A WhatsApp chat you import into UlChats holds another person's messages too: import only chats you were part of, and think about how that person would feel.
Check what the AI makes
AI can be wrong. Check designs, code, circuits, simulations and PCB files yourself before you build, order or rely on them, and take extra care with anything involving mains power, batteries, heat, moving parts, or people's health and safety. Simulations are approximations of real hardware.
UlChats is an AI imitation built from a chat history. It is not the real person, and it is not therapy or medical advice. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Fair use
Please do not use Mexger to:
- break the law, or harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- create content that sexualises minors, or designs meant to hurt people;
- upload malware, attack or probe Mexger's security, or get around its limits;
- overload the service, or scrape it in bulk;
- import or share private conversations you have no right to.
I may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will say why when I can.
The store and other services
Apps you publish to the store must be yours to share, and you are responsible for them. I may remove a listing that breaks these terms.
Some store listings are other companies' products (such as ChatGPT or Claude). They are marked "External", are not made by or affiliated with Mexger, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Availability
Mexger is provided as it is, and features can change. If I ever close a feature that holds your data, I will give notice first so you can export it.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Mexger is offered without warranties, and I am not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses that come from relying on AI output without checking it.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what deleting removes.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date below changes, and important changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
